Heather Peterson After her very first CrossFit workout she think she became hooked. she loved the challenge, the variance, the intensity, and the people she was surrounded with. CrossFit is a community filled with support, camaraderie, and competition, all of which allows each individual to push themselves in the workouts. she is passionate about fitness and love learning and witnessing all of the amazing things the human body can do. Received her BS in Human Performance and Wellness with a focus in Exercise Science. she has spent the past several years training at the gym, as a recreational runner, and as a kickboxing instructor. CrossFit has become an amazing part of her daily life and she love sharing that with others.
